The Wilson / Bedford areas above Peachland have extensive trail networks with minimal traffic both in summer and winter. The trail up to Wilson Mountain is a great little snowshoe trek, manageable for the whole family and offers decent views to the south including Okanagan Lake.
There are several trailheads off of Brenda Mines road but they are not well signed. There is no obvious parking except for along the road.
