Mt. Parker is a rarely hiked mountain not far from Penticton, BC. The lack of trails and signage dissuade most visitors but for the adventurous route-finder, the treeless southern slopes make for a relatively easy ascent. Parking along White Lake Road is an option. From there, you can hop the fence and start heading for the summit across sagey grazing pasture.

Finding the summit / lookout is a bit of a chore as most maps label the summit in a forested area not near the true summit at all. When finally locating the lookout, there are fantastic 360 views north over Penticton to White Lake and the southern Okanagan.
